Biomacon C100-3 system in Sandnes Norway

The BIOMACON HEAT SHIELD technology is based on an internal water vessel that surrounds the entire converter.
The thermal efficiency corresponds to the latest standard of modern heating systems and is therefore a groundbreaking instrument for resource-conserving handling of biogenic raw materials.

DIALOG CONTROL

The BIOMACON dialog control is easy to operate.
By simply tapping on the menu buttons, the system can be set in different modes, adapted to your entry material and your needs.
The dialog control is in constant contact with the BIOMACON server as well as the customer's peripherals.

MONO SCREW

The BIOMACON MONO SCREW is robustly designed and requires only one moving component.
Friction of metal on metal is excluded. Chromium and nickel remain in the plant and do not enter the biochar.

HIGH TEMPERATURE REFORMER

The long retention time inside the high temperature reformer produces exceptionally high quality biochar.

EASY TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN

The BIOMACON compact converters are designed for everyday continuous operation. Our plants do not need gas pipes. Depending on the contamination of the raw material, cleaning intervals of more than 2000 hours are not uncommon.

LOW NOx-BURNER

By recirculating the exhaust gases, the flame temperature in the head of the low-NOx burner is electronically controlled to 950°C to 1050°C.

Low-NOx stands for low nitrogen oxides.

From a process point of view, the formation of NOx and CO emissions is opposite.
The long retention times in the afterburner allows the complete reaction of the CO gases. All measures and the low particulate emissions lead to excellent emission values.

DECARBO Energy Systems

The prerequisite for a solid product is not just good engineering. Equally important are good craftsmanship skills. BIOMACON  machines are built according to the European standard EN 303-5 "Solid fuel fired boilers, manual and automatically fired furnaces, nominal heat output up to 500 kW". With this standard it is easy for our customers to get an official approval.
